Telnet Magic Line Printer Daemon (LPD)OverviewTelnet Magic LPD is a 32-bit print daemon that accepts print jobs from a remote computer and prints them on a Windows printer. Telnet Magic LPD runs on Windows XP, 2000, NT, ME, or 9x. Any computer operating system that supports LPR (VSE, VM, MVS, OS/390, OS/400 and UNIX) can send print jobs via TCP/IP to Telnet Magic LPD. The diagram below illustrates the print job flow:
